Discover how a reverse mortgage can help you unlock the equity in your home for more financial freedom.

>> What Is a Reverse Mortgage?

A federally insured loan for homeowners 62+ that turns home equity into usable funds.

A reverse mortgage (officially a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage [HECM]) lets you access a portion of your home equity while you continue living in your home. There are no monthly mortgage payments required; you must maintain the property and stay current on property taxes, homeowners' insurance, and any HOA dues.

HECMs are insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and follow federal safeguards designed to protect borrowers and their heirs.
